Aurora on the Trail

Aurora on the Trail is a prosperous redevelopment of 15 acres of brownfield land - previously consisting of unused office park buildings, parking lots, and a pond - into attractive, vital housing. The multifamily community in Orlando, Florida, is comprised of 357 units spread across eleven 3- and 4-story buildings. Parking is distributed throughout the development as surface parking, tuck-under, and podium garages.

The building mix at Aurora on the Trail was thoughtfully developed to provide a wide range of unit configurations. Building types include carriage homes and townhouses over flats that cater to low density purposes, 4-story garden for medium density, and larger 4-story L-shaped buildings for higher density. By utilizing this composition, we are able to successfully address the need for housing throughout multiple phases in a resident’s life.
