The Point at North Palm Beach is a luxury multifamily property with direct access to the city’s lush parks and gardens, renowned museums, and exciting events. The Point stands out with its refined style and modern conveniences, with all 250 units featuring 10’+ ceilings and upscale finishes that tie the design together.
The site was an unused shopping center prior to construction of the Point, which provided us an opportunity similar to that of a brownfield development. We could breathe new life into the land by repurposing it for multifamily, transforming it into a stronger part of a community that was dealing with a low supply of new apartments. Bonus density was gained by providing much-needed workforce housing for the city.
Our creative problem-solving can be seen in the Point’s parking system and land planning. A three-story building with a wrapped three-level garage and two-level townhomes is not typically something used in a development like this, but by listening to feedback from the community and jurisdiction, our solution provided maximum density in a sensible approach that works for everyone.
