Tattersall is a 4-story for-rent community within Jacksonville’s Tapestry Park urban village concept. The village is a unique combination of apartments and townhomes interlaced with boutique shops, office condos, retail services, and popular eateries. We worked closely with the city of Jacksonville on the Planned Development to ensure the vision was realized, creating a cohesive and vibrant living and retail environment.
The 4-story parking garage is fully naturally ventilated, with 20% of the exterior fully exposed with architectural design aesthetics and 80% facing a mix of single- and double-loaded corridors, blending function and form.
