Growing up around CBA’s Central Florida office, Tanner Brock showed a strong penchant early on for making meaningful impacts in team environments. This strength would prove to shape his future educational and career trajectory when he attended Mississippi State University on a baseball scholarship, captained his team, and earned the 2001 SEC Pitcher of the Year Award. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Education, Tanner joined Charlan Brock Architects in 2004 and is one of several second-generation employees.

Tanner became heavily involved in the construction side of our firm, joining our Construction Administration department and obtaining his Certified General Contractor license. In his time with CBA, he has worked on hundreds of projects and over $1B in construction, and he went on to become Director of CA. Tanner is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with our contractors, and enjoys working in the field alongside his skilled teammates. He brings a high level of experience to every job, with particular attention to detail when it comes to waterproofing and protecting building envelopes. Construction Administration has grown and strengthened under Tanner’s leadership, and he was named a Partner in the firm to bring his expertise to the rest of our company.
