The Ridgelake multifamily community consists of 15 three-story apartment buildings and a single-story standalone clubhouse leasing center with an arched ceiling that’s worth a detailed look. Our goal was to create a spacious, open ambiance as guests enter the lobby, and the structural design to make it work was an exciting and rewarding challenge. We were able to achieve a true barrel vault both inside and outside, with laminated beams that produce the shape. It’s an engineering feat that resulted in a truly unique and fresh front entrance that defines the building’s architecture.
