Attractive design and direct access to convenient transportation combined with abundant amenities result in a remarkable community.
Maitland Station was designed to take advantage of the commuter rail station and provide housing adjacent to the future downtown. A major challenge was site constraints which forced the development of a very long singular building fronting the major highway, SR 17-92. Through careful design of the building massing, color, choice of materials and detailing, the scale of the structure was made more relatable to the pedestrian.
