The Arbors at Maitland Summit, a 663-unit luxury multifamily property we designed, recently sold for a record-breaking $177.5 million. That equates to $265,722 per unit, making it Orange County’s most expensive multifamily sale. Previously, the property sold for $102 million in 2017, an impressive 74% increase in value.
The community is 37.8 acres with 26 garden-style, three-story buildings and a wide assortment of amenities. Residents have access to a community clubhouse with fitness and business centers, an aerobics studio, three swimming pools, private sunbathing decks, and tennis, racquetball, and volleyball courts.
The Arbors at Maitland Summit was built in 1998, but its attractive, timeless architecture still looks modern and fresh. The community is a great example of quality design and planning that appeals to residents while remaining profitable, year after year.
“Timeless architecture…it was built over 20 years ago, but it still looks brand new.”Institutional Property Advisors Orlando Senior Managing Director Luke Wickham
