Arbors at Maitland Summit Sells For Record-Breaking $177.5 Million.

The Arbors at Maitland Summit, a 663-unit luxury multifamily property we designed, recently sold for a record-breaking $177.5 million. That equates to $265,722 per unit, making it Orange County’s most expensive multifamily sale. Previously, the property sold for $102 million in 2017, an impressive 74% increase in value.

The community is 37.8 acres with 26 garden-style, three-story buildings and a wide assortment of amenities. Residents have access to a community clubhouse with fitness and business centers, an aerobics studio, three swimming pools, private sunbathing decks, and tennis, racquetball, and volleyball courts.
