Martin Lehr serves as Chief Operations Officer at CBA Architects, overseeing quality, operations, and Construction Administration across a national portfolio of more than 70 projects representing over $3 billion in construction value.
Martin also leads the firm’s technology and innovation initiatives, helping integrate advanced tools and data-driven processes that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance project delivery. His focus is on leveraging technology in practical ways that support better outcomes for clients, teams, and communities.
A proud member of the Building Officials Association of Florida, International Code Council, and National Fire Protection Association, Martin is a passionate advocate for the advancement of building codes, industry standards, and best practices within the built environment.
Martin’s professional journey has been anything but conventional. His early years in the United States Marine Corps and at Merrill Lynch eventually led him into the trades, where he worked as a mason’s apprentice and carpenter before advancing into commercial project management and architecture. Prior to joining CBA, Martin contributed to projects for REI and Walt Disney World, including serving as Owner’s Representative for Space 220 Restaurant, a highly themed interstellar dining experience he jokingly describes as “out of this world.”
Martin is a licensed architect in the state of Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from Rowan University.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time in his workshop, cooking, running, diving, and adventuring with his wife, Rachael.
