Cottonwood Lighthouse Point is a 4-story surface-parked multifamily community on Florida’s Atlantic coast. Due to the high-wind load requirements, Lighthouse Point is constructed using Tunnel Form, a process using concrete and steel to create a lattice of shells. While more expensive than common wood frame construction, tunnel form is one of the more affordable concrete construction methodologies, and it has many characteristics that lend itself exceptionally well to multifamily development.
