Georgetown in Rosemary Beach, Florida is a mixed-use building that completes this portion of the downtown area. This 4-story building is comprised of nine luxury residences over 4,000 square feet of retail. The architectural exterior vocabulary had to follow strict guidelines and blend in with the existing architecture. It was also critical that the building appear to be 3-stories in height even though it was actually 4-stories.
