Gateway Apartments is the first parcel of land to be developed as part of Crescent Resources’s larger Gateway Planned Urban Development (PUD). This 249 Unit apartment project represents a collaborative effort between the development team, put together by Crescent Resources Multi-family division and the City of Altamonte Springs. The City’s vision for the Gateway district is to create a mixed-use corridor with Class-A offices, light retail and medium to high density residential to support it. Gateway Apartments support the vision by incorporating a highly amenatized residential project into an urban style street design. The primary entry into the project is flanked by four-story contemporary buildings with the clubhouse as the terminal vista, creating a welcoming destination.
