The Courtney at Bay Pines

The Courtney at Bay Pines in St. Petersburg, Florida was designed with the goal of creating an inviting setting in a Mediterranean style. The challenge was that 20% of the site would need to be devoted to water retention. Large building footprints were developed that maximized the number of apartments oriented to the view of water, while at the same time achieving the density necessary to produce an affordable, viable project without the need for structured parking.
