Talison Row

Although Talison Row is well located on Daniel Island, it was built on a challenging site that fell within a flood plain. This required that all habitable space had to be placed approximately one story above grade. The natural solution was to create a podium design that placed parking under the apartments. This solution had an additional benefit of concealing virtually all the automobiles, except those parallel parked on the streets.
