Parkside

Parkside is a 6-story mixed use project built along First Avenue South, adjacent to the award winning 19 acre green space known as Railroad Park, just South of downtown Birmingham. Parkside celebrates the industrial and artistic heritage of this great city. In addition to the 228 apartments, the project has 3,000 feet of retail space at the ground level.
