Tattersall at Tapestry Park

Tattersall at Tapestry Park in Jacksonville, Florida is a 4-story for-rent community within the larger Tapestry Park urban village concept. The village is a unique combination of apartments and townhomes interlaced with boutique shops, office condos, retail services and popular eateries, and we worked closely with the city of Jacksonville on the Planned Development. The 4-story parking garage is fully naturally ventilated, with 20% of the exterior fully exposed with architectural design aesthetics and 80% facing a mix of single- and double-loaded corridors.
