Jefferson Lake Howell aimed for an elevated level of elegance and vision from the beginning. The 384-unit multifamily community draws conceptual inspiration from diverse sources to deliver a truly unique and luxurious living experience for young professionals and families.

To avoid repetitive buildings with the same appearance, units were arranged in multiple configurations to stimulate visual interest. As a result, tenants are provided with a variety of choices, with the added benefit of increased breezeway ventilation.

The success of Jefferson relies upon linking the front of the community to the rear, on the shore of Lake Howell. The design team developed a plan incorporating two separate pools and club amenities, one near the front gate and one at the lake. The leasing office is situated near the entrance, with the first pool and outdoor gathering space. As guests are invited to tour the property, they are guided along what has been affectionately dubbed “the Wine Walk”, connecting the leasing area to the second pool and clubhouse amenity space with a serene green belt featuring Mediterranean-style landscaping. This experiential path creates the heart of the community, underscoring Jefferson’s innovative placemaking and land planning.
