Ridgelake in Sarasota, Florida consists of 15 three-story apartment buildings, a single story stand alone clubhouse leasing center, a maintenance building, a mail kiosk, and a trash/recycling compactor. The unit mix is 120 one bedroom, 151 two bedroom, and 58 three bedroom units. Parking is distributed throughout the project with 106 spaces incorporated into the apartment buildings. There are 15 distinct unit types. All buildings meet Energy Star 75 and NGBS requirements.
