Mary’s expertise lies in designing luxurious living experiences at all market levels while solving the myriad technical issues that can occur. She takes great care to meet our clients’ criteria in strategic ways that will ensure compliance with all regulations and construction requirements.

Whether she is designing a garden apartment complex or a high-rise condominium project, Mary’s goal is for all dwelling units to be desirable in function and livability, meet ever-changing government regulations, and still be constructed economically and efficiently. Mary knows that every project presents its own site challenges, and closely coordinates with civic and landscape professionals to achieve a successful outcome.
