Architectural Project Coordinator

Top Architectural Firm seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager.  Our firm is a well-established, forward-thinking firm that specializes in multi-family & mixed-use architecture.  Our clients bring exciting opportunities to plan and design living communities across the nation.  Candidate’s scope of position would be to manage and coordinate projects from both code compliance design perspectives as well as coordination with consultants, including MEP, Structural as well as other sub-consultants.


Ideal candidate qualities:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Good understanding of applying code
  • Submittal
  • Technology – ability to work in Revit, Auto-CAD along with other standard office software / Outlook.
  • Familiarity with standard construction methods including wood, masonry & precast.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good collaborator with clients and teams.
  • The position is based on a full-time – in-office position and may require some travel.
  • Education – Architectural Degree or another related field from an accredited program.
  • Salary and Benefits are commensurate with position and qualifications.
